What is M A D HOLIDAY Camps?
MAD holiday clubs have been running successful school holiday clubs in Surrey since 2021 and now in Gloucestershire. Please select the correct venue below to book on to any of our Summer, Easter or other half term camps!
What to expect?
At M A D Holiday Camps, we are passionate about outdoor learning and having lots of FUN! On our HOLIDAY OF FUN programme expect your child to enjoy a host of different games, challenges, missions, as well as craft sessions and competitions!

What times do the camps run from?
MAD camps run from 0900-1500. Drop off's from 0830. Pick ups will need to be no later that 1500
Refunds?
We will refund any tickets up to 7 days before the booked event. After that we may move your booking to different day in the summer as a replacement, with no refund available.
Do you have staff checks?
Yes. All staff and instructors have the relevant level of checks , including an Enhanced DBS check on all instructors. At least one instructor will be first aid qualified on site and all staff will have completed an up to date child safe guarding course.
What about lunch and breaks?
Lunch is from 12-1 and all children are required to bring a packed lunch. There will be free time in lunch and a break time mid morning for snacks. Please bring plenty of drinks, tap water will be available for drinks breaks throughout the day.
Can i turn up and pay on the day?
No. We will be staffed appropriately with the booked numbers. If you do have a last minute change however, please email us at least 24hrs beforehand.
What group will my child be in?
Children will be grouped in their class age groups, for example: Group 1 (Y1/2) Group 2 (Y3/4) Group 3 (Y5/6)

This is dependant on numbers, but all children will be in similar age groups.
Do you apply sun cream?
We do not supply or apply sun cream to the children. So please make sure your child has sun cream applied before arriving. We will oversee re-application throughout the day.
What clothes should my child wear?
The vast majority of the summer camps will be outside. So please dress your child according to the weather. Shorts, t-shirts, hats and light jumper if required. In the event of bad weather, we will move sessions into the school hall.
Do you accept childcare vouchers?
Unfortunately we do not currently accept childcare vouchers. We may be able to receive funding directly from the school with pupil premium children, please email us for more details.
